What Payment Options Are Available?

TIME AND MATERIALS - Under this option we will provide on-site repair, upgrades, software and network support services when needed. The labor and material charges for these services are incurred and paid for on a per call basis.

BLOCK TIME AGREEMENTS - In addition, to the time and material option above, MicroStar offers Block Time Agreements. These agreements are based on hours of support needed. The time can be used for any of the many services MicroStar provides - computer repair, upgrades, network and software support. There are several advantages to clients who purchase a block time agreement. Block time clients enjoy MicroStar’s highest priority response. Computer specialists are specifically assigned to the client. These specialists develop an intimate knowledge of the clients hardware, software and operating procedures. This enables MicroStar to provide better service. The agreements also offer a reduced hourly rate (based on level purchased) as well as better budgeting capabilities. Reports are provided showing ongoing hours used and services provided by user.
